1. Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Dylan via snail.services ("Site"). By engaging the Site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Services are described on the Site or in mutual communications. A separate written agreement or project proposal will define the scope, deliverables, milestones, and fees for each engagement.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees and payment schedules will be agreed in writing prior to work commencing. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, access to necessary accounts or materials, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may result in changes to timelines and additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, Dylan retains ownership of source files and underlying frameworks until final payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of delivered assets will transfer to the client as agreed in the project contract. Dylan may retain the right to display work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Public information or information already known to the recipient is excluded.

7. Warranties & Liability

Services are provided "as is" and to the best of ability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the services related to the claim. Dylan is not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. On termination, the client will pay for work completed through the termination date and any non-cancellable commitments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Dylan operates. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes indicates acceptance. Important changes will be communicated when practicable.
